In Hong Kong, the Group has engaged in many development and investment projects. Some of the most remarkable projects include Manulife Tower, Central Plaza, New Kowloon Plaza, First Pacific Bank Centre, Ryoden Industrial Centre, Laford Centre, The Beachside, Stanley Crest, Crescent Heights, Hillville Terrace, Nerine Cove, Hilary Court and Delight Court.

In the mainland China, Ryoden was one of the pioneers to tap the mainland property market in the mid 1980s' with the development of Jin Ming Building in the Hongqiao District, Shanghai. The Group was well established in the Shanghai market with the most notable development projects including Baoshan Resettlement Housing Project in the HongKou District, Shanghai Square on Huai Hai Zhong Road and Gateway Plaza in the Xuhui District, etc.
